Modern Agriculture ( Weed Science) a Blog to the Students

Prolog:

This blog share my experience to the Agri Science, Agri Engineering and B Tech MBA graduates who works in the MNC companies, and the students who want to know how I took the decison to promote Moderan agriculture and made less labor jobs, advantages, forecasting of feauture jobs and technologies.

Blog:

 To day developing countires like India, China to Developed countres are using weedicids widly than ever before, initially there is a perception about weedicides regarding cost, take away the jobs, crop failure.

When I working in 94 there is a shortage of rain fall all over the world, the companies released herbicides to use in crops, it is one of the factor to use less water but it is not a big factor, after applying herbiced application through using sand the weedicide applications started growth, the companies move farward to do research for better products.

To day the advantage of weedicides are un-imaginable, the benefits are 1. The cost of cultivation drastically reduced, 2. The farmer spending time become less and easy to do farming 3. Less labor usage.

The scientific benefits :

1. The weeds which carry the diseases we call it as host plants are eradicated by these weedicides.

2. The mimicry weeds which look like same as the crop con't take off by labor can be eradicate with weedicides, the interesting point is these weeds as host for deseases to the same crop.

3. The another advantage of moderan weedicids are you can apply on rice or cotton crops as a random application but nothing can happen to the crop and weeds will eradicate.

 4. Another benefit of the weedicides are some crops get the diseases internally ( partially) which effect the grains (food crops) or cotton (commercial crops) yield, Quality which effect the farmers price, this appear in the harvest time but it doesn't show in growth period.

When I thought to find the solution for moderan weedicides, and doing in an approach as Random Blok Design, I used to hope there is a research from others as well who can get athor technologies to provide jobs, avoid hard labour jobs, to day most of the people are in civilised life with fecilities and less hard life.

Weed: A unwanted plant
Functions: Weed consumes nutrition, water, host to pest and deseases

Prolog: This blog explains about mainly the west retail how the economies gonna be run with out retail recession, why these industries are competitive, customers has to ignite the minds to purchase for jobs and growth.

Retail Blog:

Retail industry is one of the key business in most of the world but in some countries there is a job growth with out retail industry, like aisan countires fertilizer and pesticide companies, automobile growth, but is West retail is the key area of consumer spending, here pesticides doesn't use much, automoble is peak in 80's now it is less brand loyality, most of the people change every year.
In 90's retail is sluggish in spending customers, generlly customers visit the store but they have to be confident to buy a product when they buy the product the cycle starts, it is the biggest task in hard currency.

Inventing pricing:

Pricing is one of the biggest change in retail economy for ever, there is no alternative than pricing, it will ignite the senses to buy the product, some times it is catchie in long asle, some times it makes more visits, weekly changing promotions, remember the customers to visit frequently and create interest to spend.

Another benefit of retail industry is features trading (features and options in commodity market) trading of agriculture products, the farmers are feel like employees, their money is safe with companies, because agriculture is heterogenity depends on weather conditions, so the retail industry gives the confidence to the farmers on their income, these are all gives the Government easy administration of economy, and one of the most job providing sector in the markets.

Executive summary:  

After implementing priceline westeran retail never goes to recession, it runs consistently and profitable all the years.

E-Commerce in Banking & Service Sector

Prolog: This is a blog to share IT students and Business graduates about E-Commerce in Banking, it is breif disucssion on feature treding, but this is patent to bidding of software compenies.

Blog: To days banking is a walk in and ATM culture, we all used our payments with retail banking and withdrawing money from ATM's, some we use credit cards, to reduce the Banking operational costs the processing of trasactions takes place if offshore.

E-Commerce role:

When it comes to Elecronic commerce, the banking structure, operational procedures, cash flow method, competely going to change, suppose when you got an Bank app  / credit card company app ( like master or visa) in your cell phone you can pay your purchases through your app, it results to reduce physical cash, it means the economy goes in to digitalised, very less ATM's and one ATM carry all banks, they just fill the cash in the ATM, but it doesn't belong to any bank, your withdral send the message to the surver about your cash reserves in that particular bank, the Reserve bank print less cash, even your credit card app you can use with out using your physcal card, it is an option to you.
Another advantage of E-commerce is business to business, for example when a country or investor buy your currency in digital format it up date in your reserve bank, it gives message to the Government about feauture decissions about interest rates, budget, economic situations, chaning rules about foreign investors to take back their profits to their country.

The benefits of Banking E-commerce, Banking is a service industry, every service industry got a charactaristcs of Intangibility, Insaparablity, Heterogenity one a bank loose the customer, it is hard to get back and the bank charges are for survice costs, salary's are for service, so the banks do as much as the operational with out direct contacting the customer and avoid service failures, but also it saves time and increase the convenience to the customer.

The benefits for Banking E-commerce like you can use your app to pay so many service places, the charges you are paying or using banks and so reduced with service apps, no fake notes, good tax system, incresing usage and puchasing power are also benefits of Banking E-commerce.

It gives easy understanding of Physical deficit, Consumer Debt, Industrial GDP, Economic deficit

The commercial aspect of Banking E-commerce is huge in feature.

Organic products and Farming my perspective

Hai every one It is happy to meet you again with my Blog, I would like to say some thing about orgranic farming and products, but I don't know much about Agriculture, because I haven't worked in this field, Organic products are moderan approach from traditional farming, we don't use pesticides in organic farming and even less synthetic fertilizers, why we don't use pesticides because pesticides resudual effect is more on humans, on brains, fetility, skin, vision as i know, so we grow the crops with out using pesticides means we loose the crop yield some, that's why we get more expensive, but it is very difficult to get crop with out using pesticides because the modern verities are suseptable to pests and diseases, some times the modern pesticides are less harmful than previous ones like dialdrin, edrin, endosufan, like some chemicals already the Government banned for health resons, but if you want to eat 100% healthy Agri produce you have to pay more money for your health. Some people say we can't do organic faming in big way becasue moderan crops are doesn't yeild much with organic farming, late grouth, small size, and the benefit of moderan pesticides are less residual effect on fruits and vegitables, but still we can enjoy the small amount paying big bucks. Some people eat non veg like eggs, fish, seafood for couple days for avoid commercial farming products.
