But one thing is true that If you don't come up with transperant and show me your love with my share, I am not going to do any thing in feauture, even if you go back to public control with major hold, I am very happy because I won't blame for any thing, you can pay more to unproductive people, pay for retairement, less jobs, more unemployment, I won't recommond to any one about India, because you reached a level of ctroling the world or me.

This is one of pain situation I am facing in life never before, I try to balance my life as much as I can, make everyone happy on their lives, but the pain situation is the politicians they don't talk directly, don't invite for talk, solve any gap but they continue play the politics using money as weapon, making deficit everytime, and playing with relatives, family members, even with my own kid. No one can face this situation in the world, If any one got a clirity that I am jams bond then why they are silent  why don't they go to police stantion, my Id is visible to everyone, I am in twitter, facebook, google.

One thing I would like to clarify everyone, if any one can prove that even a single invention which came out in recently is not mine i will accept that James Bond, It doesn't mean that I am going to USA, but I want to be in a decent palce with respect, I would like to spend most of the time in India ejoying life, but I don't want to work any ware any more, only the presentations.

I am requesting everyone promote me and support me, educate some one that sticks only used for terrorists not on Scientists, what the result you get, if we see even Tesco under los last year, invention doesn't reach the business or people.

Interms of BMW, we spend almot 1 billion dollars to develop, now who's going to bare these hard work? if some one push me to India, after becoming Australian citizen, If some one solve my dividends and stocks, I can come when ever I want not some one changing the party at elections time.

One thing I would like to clarify to my Indian friends, think about yourself and realise after 18 years how much rights on me, Imagin your knowledge, after privatising west, after completing my studies I did to you, and there is no Indian car for 60 years to say to world but I given Scorpio to you, it is very unethical to rob me, your generations con't enjoy that money on any shortcut reason. If some one wish you happy it is only me, no one wish like me before, and I got so much pain mostly after working for Indian stock market.

Everything, every decisions played by the either Politicians or some one thirst for power, I am requesting all people, studnets, emplyees, discourage this game protect your lifes and jobs who don't no anything and innocents losing their lifes. If the system is not going to be in right way I am not going to open my mouth any more and I am taking perminent changing profession and retairement.

If I forced to any location or profession to build some ones business not mine, forcebly regarding my health, my parent and brother cermoney, Australia going to cancil my Pricing in all the retail industry.

One thing I would like to explain everyone, that USA got real brains to get innovations like internet, Intel, Microsoft, Oracle, Boeing, Satellites, Cisco systems, it is complete hype to me that USA also vexed and started to bug me, What I invented like Pricing, Torques are from me only no one Invented any thing from out of USA or from me.

Prolog: This is a retail blog for students and modelling professionals and fans about Boxing day sales and funny facts.

Blog: The Boxing day sale is one of the traditional sales in Australia in all retail stores, in this day people wait infront of Mayer and David Jones from midnight 12 o clock, why the people wait from midnight 12o clock, because they put the borad in front of the stores from 50% to 75% discount.

Normally we only can shop in Mayer and David jones one time in a year, some people like students only can shop in small shops like chain retails.

The boxing day sales gives an oppartunity to the public to buy 50 to 75% off of all stock, only to day the reatilers made 2.5 billion doallrs sales, in just one day. The advantage of the sales is retailers can make money on this day, because apparal retail is such a profitable industry and it's hard to get customers frequently in, untill pricing invented.

So to day I think every one enjoying boxing day sales, but only disadvantage is your relatives, social friends, everyone away from your home, cristmas is over, still the design lovers, primium brands,  students, can buy in this day.

When Einstein invented the equation of E=MC2, it stumulated the world scientists to find an element got the kind of activity, then Einsten got a message about neclear bomb building by some one, he informed to the American president about the news then the nuclear bomb building started by Big nations, at that time there is no idea of using it for Energy, and can contrlled by diaods.

When second world war started everyone get in to the war and the war doesn't end, then American president thought that we have to end the war, some how some ware, and he said to the officials we have to send a message to the world that we are powerful nation in the world, then they decided to drop nuclear bomb, but they don't no the actual power of necuar bomb no one used before on any one.

Then one day they droped on Japan at the time of 10:10 the result was disaster, even America shoked with the result, then everyone thought that this is a very dangerous one for human existence. The second world war stoped immediatly, the American officials thought that we have to maintain reputation in the world the president Rooswelt died at the age of 63.

From that day no one using the nuclear bomb on any one, after research continued and found we can used for electicity generaation, then found the diods we can control the activity, but the world got a problem of operating the neclear power, these one are very sensitive to genetical disasters, like cancers, even UK also stopped using neclear power and using minimum now.

There is another type of self emitting substences in our nature it is called Isotops, we use these isotopes in Genetics and plant breeding, and other areas.

Inside Trading: When we working in a stock market related Tech or MNC Banks or Pioneer companies in privatized sector where competition is high, these laws are commonly applied, in some countries these are consider as a crime against more than a person, imprisonment of multiple years. To protect the economy and financial wealth. This is not a punishment of grudge on someone, this is  providing evidence of bank transactions of money of top employee in huge amount or assets (money laundering), off shore investments.

When you work in a big company which depends on more people of employees, shareholders, foreign investors, billions of dollars and you are one of the key person to the company, your telephone, relatives, family members can be access to monitored. Prolog: This is an article or notes about Dead Capital, what is Dead Capitial, which areas it will impact on natinal economy, how to reduce dead capital, who is bech mark on this, this is only a experience of mine.

Dead Capital: Dead Capital is an another Economic huddle after increasing population to liquidating the currecy value because of un-acounted money to the Reserve Banks of any nation.
How the Dead Capital forms: In the Economy we use the terms like Stealing, Cheating (420), Bank crupt, Fraud, CURRUPTION.
These are the terms which creates Dead Capital and de-valueate the currency in world market,
Cheating mease if the customers fail to pay their creadit card debt, we put it as creadit default by the creadit union in any nation all over the world in finanical institutions, if the cutomer pays back it will clear the default status from the data base other wise it will carry up to few years to not supporting that cutomer to provide further finance assistence to reduce Dead Capital.

Bank Crupt: Bank Crupt is the term we use when the business or a customer declare perminently fail to pay the dept thorough Court is called Bank Crupt, it will impact to the customer not getting any loans from any bank or financial institution, unless the cutomer changes according to the Government rules like Business name, or customer name or running with a new partner name.

Some times like Farmers fail to repay the bills like electicity or loans because of loosing purchsing power or natural disasters like drought, femine, diseases, and the Government forcebly declare it as free or subsidey to the Farmers, this is also Dead Capital, some times to cover some  power bills udjest to the city cutomers because it is urgent neccery to run the power sector maintain in an eoconomic pie .
3. Fake or Duplicate products: Fake or duplicate products in the black market can create dead capital, these products doesn't pay the tax

Dis advantages of Dead Capital:
1. The currency value will be decreased and Quality of the products and services are reduced
2. People entire population standard of living reduced, less competitive and week nation when comparing with other nations
2. The productivity of Human Resource will be reduced, no motivation, no innovations happend with soft currency and Dead Capital.
3. Insercurity of living people increased in jobs, housing, consumer debt and Social benefits will be reduced with increasing Dead Capital
4. Competitive ness and ethics, in all areas will be reduced with Dead capital

Example:

Modern Agriculture ( Weed Science) a Blog to the Students

This blog share my experience to the Agri Science, Agri Engineering and B Tech MBA graduates who works in the MNC companies, and the students who want to know how I took the decison to promote Moderan agriculture and made less labor jobs, advantages, forecasting of feauture jobs and technologies.

Blog:

 To day developing countires like India, China to Developed countres are using weedicids widly than ever before, initially there is a perception about weedicides regarding cost, take away the jobs, crop failure.

When I working in 94 there is a shortage of rain fall all over the world, the companies released herbicides to use in crops, it is one of the factor to use less water but it is not a big factor, after applying herbiced application through using sand the weedicide applications started growth, the companies move farward to do research for better products.

To day the advantage of weedicides are un-imaginable, the benefits are 1. The cost of cultivation drastically reduced, 2. The farmer spending time become less and easy to do farming 3. Less labor usage.

The scientific benefits :

1. The weeds which carry the diseases we call it as host plants are eradicated by these weedicides.

2. The mimicry weeds which look like same as the crop con't take off by labor can be eradicate with weedicides, the interesting point is these weeds as host for deseases to the same crop.

3. The another advantage of moderan weedicids are you can apply on rice or cotton crops as a random application but nothing can happen to the crop and weeds will eradicate.

 4. Another benefit of the weedicides are some crops get the diseases internally ( partially) which effect the grains (food crops) or cotton (commercial crops) yield, Quality which effect the farmers price, this appear in the harvest time but it doesn't show in growth period.

When I thought to find the solution for moderan weedicides, and doing in an approach as Random Blok Design, I used to hope there is a research from others as well who can get athor technologies to provide jobs, avoid hard labour jobs, to day most of the people are in civilised life with fecilities and less hard life.

Retail industry is one of the key business in most of the world but in some countries there is a job growth with out retail industry, like aisan countires fertilizer and pesticide companies, automobile growth, but is West retail is the key area of consumer spending, here pesticides doesn't use much, automoble is peak in 80's now it is less brand loyality, most of the people change every year.
In 90's retail is sluggish in spending customers, generlly customers visit the store but they have to be confident to buy a product when they buy the product the cycle starts, it is the biggest task in hard currency.

Inventing pricing:

Pricing is one of the biggest change in retail economy for ever, there is no alternative than pricing, it will ignite the senses to buy the product, some times it is catchie in long asle, some times it makes more visits, weekly changing promotions, remember the customers to visit frequently and create interest to spend.

Another benefit of retail industry is features trading (features and options in commodity market) trading of agriculture products, the farmers are feel like employees, their money is safe with companies, because agriculture is heterogenity depends on weather conditions, so the retail industry gives the confidence to the farmers on their income, these are all gives the Government easy administration of economy, and one of the most job providing sector in the markets.

Blog: To days banking is a walk in and ATM culture, we all used our payments with retail banking and withdrawing money from ATM's, some we use credit cards, to reduce the Banking operational costs the processing of trasactions takes place if offshore.

E-Commerce role:

When it comes to Elecronic commerce, the banking structure, operational procedures, cash flow method, competely going to change, suppose when you got an Bank app  / credit card company app ( like master or visa) in your cell phone you can pay your purchases through your app, it results to reduce physical cash, it means the economy goes in to digitalised, very less ATM's and one ATM carry all banks, they just fill the cash in the ATM, but it doesn't belong to any bank, your withdral send the message to the surver about your cash reserves in that particular bank, the Reserve bank print less cash, even your credit card app you can use with out using your physcal card, it is an option to you.
Another advantage of E-commerce is business to business, for example when a country or investor buy your currency in digital format it up date in your reserve bank, it gives message to the Government about feauture decissions about interest rates, budget, economic situations, chaning rules about foreign investors to take back their profits to their country.

The benefits of Banking E-commerce, Banking is a service industry, every service industry got a charactaristcs of Intangibility, Insaparablity, Heterogenity one a bank loose the customer, it is hard to get back and the bank charges are for survice costs, salary's are for service, so the banks do as much as the operational with out direct contacting the customer and avoid service failures, but also it saves time and increase the convenience to the customer.

The benefits for Banking E-commerce like you can use your app to pay so many service places, the charges you are paying or using banks and so reduced with service apps, no fake notes, good tax system, incresing usage and puchasing power are also benefits of Banking E-commerce.

Organic products and Farming my perspective

Hai every one It is happy to meet you again with my Blog, I would like to say some thing about orgranic farming and products, but I don't know much about Agriculture, because I haven't worked in this field, Organic products are moderan approach from traditional farming, we don't use pesticides in organic farming and even less synthetic fertilizers, why we don't use pesticides because pesticides resudual effect is more on humans, on brains, fetility, skin, vision as i know, so we grow the crops with out using pesticides means we loose the crop yield some, that's why we get more expensive, but it is very difficult to get crop with out using pesticides because the modern verities are suseptable to pests and diseases, some times the modern pesticides are less harmful than previous ones like dialdrin, edrin, endosufan, like some chemicals already the Government banned for health resons, but if you want to eat 100% healthy Agri produce you have to pay more money for your health. Some people say we can't do organic faming in big way becasue moderan crops are doesn't yeild much with organic farming, late grouth, small size, and the benefit of moderan pesticides are less residual effect on fruits and vegitables, but still we can enjoy the small amount paying big bucks. Some people eat non veg like eggs, fish, seafood for couple days for avoid commercial farming products.

Economist Colum (Bonds and T-Bills)

Why Multinationals and Corporate companies are scaring the ordinary people about Bonds and T-Bills, generally bonds and T-bills are high yielding investments to the ordinary people when comparing with deposits, pention savings, issuing bonds are majorly two types one is public bonds, other one is private bonds, the public bonds are not quit ofter in the market because the present tax system is like inflow greater than out flow of the currency market, the private bonds give high yield returns to the ordinary customer for their child education and marrages, but the life cycle of the economy and companies profits going to be slowing down with shriking life style and loosing confidence on economy, there is an another talk from the opeinion leader that Corporate companies are not encoraging the bond market for their profit margin.

T-Bills or Tresury Bills are generally used in the markets where the investors are ready to invest in the public sector for safe and security of their feature. But T-Bills generally doesn't rise by the Government quit often.

Blog Summary: A theorotycal brief explanation of how present Economy changes with external, internal factors.

My notes: A country economy depends of somany factors, majorly the confidence of the customer to do shoping, it depends of employment, Living standands, Job security.
Some times a cutomer can visit to buy how his brain stimulate to purchase with in his 5 senses, provide to puchase the product, presentation, one of the major benifitial attributes in the moderan economy.

What is Currency value: The currency value doesn't influence directly to cutomer purchasing, but it reduce the purchasing power, standard of living, for example you may get continues rains for agriculture, your own productivity doesn't depend on foreign imports.

Good Economy: Good economy depends of Population statistics and natural resources, area of the nation, Innovations, productivity of the employees, people helath and motivation, currency inflow.

Bad Economy: Bad Economy is a status of the economy, people doesn't have much purchasing power, depending on foreign coutries for aids, devaluating the currecy step by step to by necessary goods and services from out side (ex: patents on medicines,Technology, Services), giving banks or trasporation or oprational centers to foreign hands.
